There are several items we will not move, including: pianos, electronics, china cabinets, beds, dressers with mirrors, pool tables, etc. Note: Some stains are permanent. No reputable carpet cleaning company would ever guarantee in writing or verbally to remove any spot or stain. If you're not happy for any other reason please notify us within (7) days of your service and we will return to rectify. After (7) days you will be required to pay for a return visit. Walking on wet carpet without shoe covers will void this agreement. Drying times vary from 8-24 hours with no guarantee. We are not responsible for any small items or particles vacuumed up during the cleaning process. All sales are final. No refunds and no exchanges are provided on any service we provide.
